Viña Santa Rita obtiene por cuarto año consecutivo Certificado de Excelencia de Tripadvisor
Esta distinción reconoce el logro que han tenido alojamientos, establecimientos de restauración y lugares de interés para los turistas, por recibir buenas opiniones de sus clientes de manera sistemática en el mencionado sitio web, y por ofrecer continuamente una experiencia de calidad superior.
“Este reconocimiento reafirma una vez más el compromiso de Viña Santa Rita con la excelencia en el servicio; todos nuestros esfuerzos están orientados para entregarles a los visitantes la mejor experiencia. La viña es poseedora de un patrimonio histórico y cultural único, ofreciéndoles a los visitantes diversas actividades que combinan vinos, gastronomía e historia, en un lugar que transporta a cientos de años atrás”, destacó Francisca Muñiz, gerente de Turismo de Viña Santa Rita.
Por su parte, la vicepresidenta de marketing de TripAdvisor, Heather Leisman, aseguró que este reconocimiento ayuda a los viajeros a identificar aquellos establecimientos que ofrecen con regularidad un buen servicio. “TripAdvisor se complace en desempeñar este papel fundamental de ayudar a los viajeros a sentir más confianza cuando reservan”, dijo la ejecutiva.
El Certificado de Excelencia —que se entrega desde hace seis años— tiene en cuenta la calidad, cantidad y lo reciente que sean las opiniones enviadas por los viajeros a TripAdvisor, considerando un periodo de 12 meses. Para ello, los negocios deben mantenerse en una puntuación mínima general de cuatro puntos (de un máximo de cinco), así como tener un número mínimo de opiniones y un perfil de TripAdvisor cuya antigüedad sea de al menos un año.

This distinction recognizes the achievements of accommodations, restaurants, and places of interest for tourists that receive good reviews from the site’s users and that continuously offer a superior-quality experience.

The winery’s unique historic and cultural heritage offers visitors a wide range of activities that combine wine, food, and history in a setting that transports them hundreds of years back in time,” says Francisca Muñiz, Viña Santa Rita’s Tourism Manager.
Heather Leisman, the Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor, ensures that this recognition helps travelers identify establishments that regularly offer good service. She adds “TripAdvisor is very pleased to play this fundamental role in helping travelers feel more confident when they make reservations.”
The Certificate of Excellence, now in its sixth year, considers the quality and quantity of reviews left on its site by travelers over a 12-month period, and therefore, establishments must maintain a score of at least four out of five points with a minimum number of reviews and have had a TripAdvisor profile for at least one year to be eligible.
